Jeff Donahue and the whole team at new American Funding are amazing. No run around, no deception, all up front and honest. I've used them 3 times and it's been the same solid, helpful interaction on all 3 loans. Great company.

My wife and I had under 5 weeks to close on a VA loan and we didn't think we could get it done in that amount of time. I'll representative, Chris Morrow made it happen along with his team. The new American team did an outstanding job of getting our loan ready to go in a timely manner, keeping us informed, and answering every single question we had... even the ones I would perceive as being not so important. I had no clue it could be this easy! Thanks to New American, my wife and I are in a new home after living in our previous home for 22 years. All of us are happy including our sweet dog!

We have used NAF two times once in 2019 when we purchased our new home and again in May 2025 when we took a second mortgage to complete some upgrades. We were able to complete everything right from the comfort of our home office! Blake Johnson is our loan advisor officer and he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Blake was so patient with us ole senior citizens walking us through step by step over the phone! It certainly helped that he had a great sense of humor!
